We arranged for our seller to hire Tatiana Tensen to stage our Pasadena listing. As it turned out, we were out of town for the actual staging. She and her staff let themselves in, beautified the home, and sent me a walk through video to let me know they were complete. It was a relief to be away and trust that all would be handled professionally.
We had scores of buyers the first weekend. In addition to liking the home, the buyers raved about the hip, comfortable, and thoughtful staging. It was a success and the house went under contract in just a few days.I will definitely use them again.
